Brand Advisory · Factory to Brand

You make the product. Now own the brand.

Many factories make world-class products but sell them cheaply, under other companies’ names. Your own brand lets you sell for more and keep the customer. We build it with you, step by step. Own the brand. Keep the profit.

The gap we close

From a factory product to a Western brand.

A factory product

Sold on price and specification. A name few people recognise. Easy to copy, and easy to forget.

A Western brand

Chosen for trust, design and feel. A name customers recognise and ask for. Hard to copy, and remembered.

Why us

We speak Western brand language.

In Europe and North America, a great product is not enough on its own. Customers choose brands — for how they look, how they speak, how they feel, and whether they’re trusted. That’s a language, and it’s easy to get wrong from far away.

Factory to Brand was founded by Bobby Morrison, a British brand builder who has come to China for twenty years and built several major brands. We provided brand advisory to DJI — now a global brand — and created this service to do the same for other manufacturers.

What we work on

The Five Pillars.

To turn a factory into a brand, we work on five things — together, because a brand needs all of them to succeed.

01 · Positioning

Positioning

Who is your brand for, and why will they choose it?
Who the brand is for in the West, what makes it different, and why customers choose it over a cheaper copy.
02 · Identity

Identity

What does your brand look and feel like?
Name, logo, design and packaging — so the product looks like a real brand, not a factory product.
03 · Product

Product

Which products will carry your brand?
What to sell under your own brand, what to keep as OEM, and which product to launch first.
04 · Price

Price

What price can your brand charge?
A strong Western price that earns real profit — supported by the brand, not competing only on cost.
05 · Route

Route

How will customers buy it?
How the brand reaches Western customers — Amazon, retail, or your own website.
How we work

Three steps, one brand.

Each step is separate — start with the first, and continue only if you want to.
