Through the early stages we architect — the business owns and runs the plan. Where it creates the most value, we embed alongside the team to build the value itself, and the natural footing for a longer-term partnership.

Every plan is board-grade: structured for sign-off, decisions framed clearly, owners assigned, milestones sequenced. Plans the team can run with — not strategy memos that sit in a drawer.
